Why? My friend Amanda and I are looking for two laid back, friendly and reasonably clean people to move into our sweet place with us! It would be just 290 a month if we got 5 people to move in with us, but 4 people would also work. We have a really cool landlord and he's had trouble renting the place because of the economy, so 5 br's are down to 1450 a month. Amanda and I both go to UNH, we're students so we'll need it relatively calm. We both like company though and will probably have small gatherings during the week. We're both cool, respectful people. Looking to have fun, have a nice place to come home to, listen to music and cook some great food!

You would get you're own room (2 OR 3 available); good lighting, wood Floors, just painted, super comfortable living space.
