Description: I (and my 2 friendly cats) are looking to share my 2 bedroom house with another responsible, tidy female. Good for a mature student due to the proximity to schools and universities.
The house is located in downtown/Victoria Park neighbourhood on a quiet street near Victoria and Joseph. Large unfurnished bedroom with use of entire furnished house (living room, office, large kitchen, bathroom, basement) and backyard with storage shed. Amenities include laundry, parking, wireless internet, cable tv, storage area. All utilities are included in rent. All you need to supply for yourself is bedroom furniture, personal things and food; everything else is provided.
Very central location, close to everything whether you drive or bus it. Within 5 min walk- Main bus station, Pharmacy school, Victoria Park, Manulife, Everest, Trios, downtown Kitchener. 10-15 min bus ride or 5-10 min drive- Uptown Waterloo, both universities. Close access to the Iron Horse Trail for bike commuters 20 mins to UofW.
Non-smoker and no pets......there are 2 friendly cats in residence already. $575 all inclusive. First and last required. Available Dec 1st.
