| Description: | MARKETING ASSISTANT: Investment Firm Investment firm experience necessary Salary range: $42k - $45k + dB 1 – 2 years experience Recruiter search. Group Summary: The Business Development/Client Service group acts as the primary liaison with current and prospective clients and consultants, both institutional and individual high net worth. The group is responsible for producing high-impact, accurate, and consistent messaging, including marketing books and website content. The group is also responsible for responding to prospective and current client inquiries via various deliverables, including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), customized client reports and various topical communications. Qualifications: The role requires high attention to detail and proven organizational skills. Most deliverables will be deadline-oriented to both internal and external parties. The role will require interaction and synthesis of information across the firm (e.g. Research, Accounting, Compliance), and will require professional acumen and maturity. Prior experience with an investment management organization is required, preferably in a client service/marketing role. Prior experience/education, combined with a strong interest in the field of finance, investments, statistics, or economics would be preferred. Superior project management abilities with strong deadline orientation are mandatory. Must have strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; Lotus Notes familiarity would be advantageous. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: " Assist with the regular updating of the firm's marketing materials " Assist with uploading marketing graphics and performance statistics to the website and assist with periodic website updates " Assist with updating of the investor relations database with regard to new client and consultant profiles, contact notes, and investor communications " Assist with the periodic updates of external databases " Assist with the daily processing of website access requests and website user authorizations. " Assist with timely and accurate responses to inquiries generated via the website " Assist with the preparation of various client reports " Prepare and organize materials for the marketing approval process and manage the review/approval process. Ensure the timely processing of marketing materials. " Assist in the preparation of responses to requests for proposal (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs) from prospective clients and their advisors " Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks on an as-needed basis Relationships: “ Interacts with every department within the firm. ” Works closely with Research, Accounting, and Compliance departments to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of responses to prospective and current client and consultant inquiries. ” Will have external client/consultant interaction. |
