We are currently looking for recruiters with a sales driven attitude to join our team in our newly opened Chicago, IL office.

Our Recruiters are responsible for identifying and attracting top-quality talent to fulfill our clients’ openings. Recruiters will also be responsible for developing client and candidate relationships, networking within the professional community and performing business research on potential regional customers.

TECH USA Inc. is experiencing tremendous growth and is expanding operations throughout the United States. Our methodologies, training and business development tools will provide every recruiter the opportunity to achieve financial goals, expand their business knowledge and develop a strong network of professionals throughout the Chicago Business Community.


Professional Recruiters will be responsible for the following functions:

• Utilize recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing professionals for open positions. (IT, Telecommunications, Aerospace & Defense, Architecture & Engineering, Scientific, Finance & Accounting, Professional Services)
• Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations
• Have the ability to learn proper policies and procedure of the full hiring life cycle
• Work closely with Executives and Team Members to support customer recruiting needs and match the right candidate to those requirements
• Develop network of candidates and maintain candidate relationships utilizing an internal relationship database
• Work with a team of recruiters to develop new or enhance recruiting strategies
• Develop business leads locally and nationally

Candidate considerations will include:

*Experience or previous knowledge in business-oriented classes or internships.
*Must be energetic, goal oriented, motivated and a self starter
*A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
