Description: Love being an HR resource and to help others? Benefit from what you will learn being apart of our client's Fortune 500, HR Operations Team. You get the opportunity to be the first line contact regarding HR programs and policies for employees nationwide. Showcase your HR knowledge, counsel managers and employees, resolve non-compliance issues and perform HR transactions on this project were each call will be an opportunity to make a difference.

This is a long term project up to a year with one of Kelly HR Staffing's clients. Along with growing your HR knowledge, you will also enjoy benefits as a long term contract HR professional. We will also provide a gas gift card as a thank you for your commitment to this long term project.

A successful individual will have 2 years of HR experience with one year in a call center or HR Shared Services environment. The pay is up to $18 an hour depending on experience on a W-2 basis and is on site in Deerfield, IL.
