Three other responsible roommates, seniors at the University of Michigan. Very nice and clean, gone a lot for studying during the day, not hard partiers.
Nice location right off State street close to central campus and Kerrytown.
No pets.
Utilities included, just pay Comcast to roommate who takes care of the bill.
One parking space included for $50 a month
