Description: A Guest Service Representative (GSR), represents the hotel to the guest in all phases of guest service. A GSR is usually the first, last and sometimes the only person in direct contact with each guest and provides the most lasting impression of a guest's experience with the hotel. For all practical purposes, you are the face of the hotel in the eyes of the guest. Primary responsibilities are to check-in and check-out guests quickly, accurately, and courteously; to handle all individual reservation inquires and to serve as a valuable information resource for guests, such as directions to area restaurants and tourist attractions. Therefore, knowledge of the hotel and the community is an essential part of your job.
Currently we are looking to fill the night audit shift which is from 11pm-7am, candidates must be used to staying awake all night, and a detail oriented individual is a PLUS!
Please come to the hotel in person to fill out an application at 2700 LaSalle Ave. We're right on the circle!
