Description: For rent is the master sute in a 3br/2ba house in Ahwatukee.
The house has a spacious living room with full entertainment center and nice kitchen.
The room for rent is unfurnished. It is approximately 12x15 and has a private bathroom.
In the bathroom is his and her sinks, a walk in closet, a shower, bath tub, and private toilet.

My brother and I occupy the other two bedrooms. We are recent college grads in our early 20's, and are quiet and clean.
We have a small jack russell terrier who is house trained ans normall stays in the kitchen.

We live in a nice and quiet neighborhood. There is a park 1/10th of a mile from the house.
There is easy access to I-10 and the 202. We are walking distance to Ahwatukee Foothills Shopping Center,
Hooters, and a variety of other stores and banks. There are also several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive!

Rent will be $600 a month which will include the following utilities: power, water, sewer, trash, 20mpbs Cox internet connection and basic cable.
We are looking to fill the room on Novermber 16th.
