Job Description
Part-time and full-time Direct Care Staff needed to provide quality services to improve the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Caregivers will provide a safe environment for individuals with disabilities being served; teaching individuals to feel safe, to feel engaged, to feel unconditionally valued and to return unconditional valuing.
Caregivers will work in the individuals’ residence or in their community, being respectful of their environment. When requested by individuals, a caregiver will assist daily living skills to promote the Gentle Teaching philosophy of being safe, engaged, valued and returning value.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance. Must have clear criminal background. Interested in the commitment to serve and improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental, physical, and mental disabilities.
Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend hours are available.
