Description: I need a 3rd roommate to move in ASAP... month is $430 a month plus utilities, which are about $70 a month. I have cats, so must be an animal lover. Please no smokers. Will be asking for 3 references: your job, past tenant, and a prof reference or close friend. There is a washer and dryer so need to drive to the laundrymat and there is a garage if you need to store anything.
