Description: Looking for someone to sublet this very nice apartment for the spring 2010 semester. Rent is very, very modest for an apartment of this size. There are two separate bedrooms. The room being sublet-ed is very large and is MORE than enough for a single person. There is 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a large living room. Across the street there is a laundromat, a liquor store, a pizza shop and a gym. For the size of the room, and the overall size of the apartment, 375 is a steal. I would have lived here another year easily, but I am transferring to another school. Currently my friend is living here; don't worry, hes a cool, responsible guy.
