Description: We are a Marketing firm located right by the Berri Metro station and we're looking for an experienced B2B survey person.

It is important to note that we are not a survey firm, not in the least! We’re a marketing firm. And we’re smack dab in the middle of a growth spurt. We currently do enough phone work to warrant looking for someone to become a permanent part of our team.

If you’re one of those people who currently works for a survey firm, and you’re sick and tired of cubicles, of being treated like a number, of never being recognized for your true talent over the phone… Well, we want you!

But you have to be the best. We’re only hiring one person. We don’t hire 30 at a time.

Requirements:
You have to be bilingual with no accent in English (you can have an ever so slight accent in French, but no too much).
You have to have experience with challenging B2B projects.
You must be self-reliant, inventive, and have a natural problem solving ability built into your DNA.
You can’t be a drama-queen.
You must not panic easy.
You have to want a full-time 8:30AM to 5:00PM day job.

What we offer:
Your own office (maybe shared with one other person, it all depends).
Being treated like a member of a team (we have no analyst/interviewer segregation here, plus we’re only 8).
No monitors, no supervisors, no crappy 10 year old terminals, no productivity sheets, and most importantly no power-tripping call centre director!
A salary of 15$ per hour to begin with and an excellent work atmosphere.
Guaranteed a minimum of 20 hours per week, even if there is no work for you to do (however, that's not very likely).

How to apply:
Send us your CV and a letter. The letter should be written in English by you because we’re going to test your English writing skills in-house as well. You don’t need to be Hemingway, by the way, so don’t worry. In the letter (which should be about one page) tell us why you are the person we should choose, as well as any other skills you have that are related to the marketing field (note-taking, focus group recruitment, face-to-face interviewing, supervision, training, etc…).
