Why?
I am a mature full time student studying at Napier and have a semi-furnished double room available in furnished flat. I am looking for a mature/responsible student/professional to move in mid October. If a professional takes the room, you will be accountable for council tax; I am not sure what band the flat falls under.
Bills:
- Electricity is by metre (averaging £1 a day)
- No internet, cable TV or landline, but willing to get it and split the cost with new flat mate.
- Round the corner from Fountain Park (Virgin Gym, Nando's, Cineworld etc!)
- Buses (1, 2, 3, 4, 27, 33, 35, 45) if not literally on door step then with in 5 min walk.
