Description: Your core responsibilities, which may vary depending on your role/industry, would include the following:
•Opening and developing new accounts
•Identifying and qualifying job requirements
•Identifying and qualifying potential consultants including: face-to-face, phone interviews, and reference checking
•Utilize state of the art recruiting tools, technology and best practices to assist you in earning business
•Becoming a trusted business partner of your key contacts aimed at assisting them with their hiring needs
Requirements:
•2+ years Sales and/or Recruiting Experience
•Strong drive, desire to succeed
•Demonstrated ability to think “outside of the box” – be resourceful
•Ability to influence others
•A team player attitude
