Description: 4 bedroom, 4 bath; fully furnished, individual lease apartment room, 1st floor. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, pantry, private bathroom, patio, and spatial kitchen. The living room is very decent sized, and there is a porch out back, facing the entrance of the Boardwalk community so that you can SEE THE BUS COMING RIGHT OUT THE LIVING ROOM WINDOW. It is conveniently right across from the shuttle bus stop, and from the room that I am selling (Room A), I can see/hear the bus coming from right out my window.

Looking for (preferably) a male roommate to take my place, as 3 other guys live here as well. They are reasonably clean as far as guys go (i.e.: at least 1 side of the sink is ALWAYS clear of dishes), and are very friendly guys who cook often and party on occasion. Ben and Brian smoke hooka often on the elephant table out back, but never any pot involved. Greg always comes home with free leftover pizza from engineering meetings and gives it to us. Brian is involved in way to many clubs/organizations and is rarely home. Ben brews his own lemon-cello, lime-cello and various other beverages and shares them. Ben's girlfriend always comes over and cooks with Ben, and sometimes I get food out of it...so that's nice. And if you are sexually repressed...do not move into this apartment. They're all about 20 and have girlfriends in the area.
