Description: Hey! I live in a 2 bedroom townhouse. 2 bedrooms upstairs with a basement room available with a bathroom. I am looking for two roommates either two that want to live upstairs in the rooms, and i'll live in the basement or one upstairs and one for the basement! Price is negotiable depending on which rooms you take!!

I prefer 8 month lease but will consider 4 month leases.

The interesection is University Ave and Westmount. It's the townhouses right on the corner there.

I might be interested. I would need it for the winter term so only 4 months. and i wouldn't mind requesting the basement! What is included with the rent (ie.utilities, internet, laundry, parking?)
