Looking to sublet 1 bedroom in a shared 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment at Cranbrook Apartments for all of Winter and Spring quarter, with the possibility of summer too, if desired.

The bedroom is about 10’ x 10’, has a spacious mirrored closet, and comes furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand, and small book case. The apartment is ideally located within the apartment complex: very close to the pool, office, mail boxes, laundry-room, 24-hour gym and parking lot.

The apartment is a couple minutes to the bus-stop for the E-Line, which makes regular trips to downtown Davis and the UCD campus. It is also an easy 15-minute bike ride to campus. The Nugget Market, a CVS pharmacy and assorted stores in the Oak Tree Plaza shopping mall are only 2 minutes distance by car, 8 minutes walking distance.

Although you will be sharing a kitchen and living room, you will have primary use of the bathroom since the person you will be sharing the apartment with has a vanity and sink space of her own in her bedroom.

Hey Sara, Thanks for your interest! The room is pretty spacious for me, but as for two people, it really all depends on your own personal preference. The room is 10" x 10" (if that helps) but I guess the best way to tell would be to see the room in person?

Id love to check it out but I actually live in Oceanside down by San Diego and won't be returning to Davis until January. Do u know how much utilities usually come out to every month?

Our last utilities bill was around $11 and we dont need to run the heater very much because it stays really warm being on the second floor
