Description: We are looking to sublet our two floor apartment from January 2010- May 2010, and June 2010- August 2010 for up to six people. The price per person is $833/ month, but negotiable. The apartment consists of the top two floors in a very nice, spacious house on Gerald Road. (Directly off Commonwealth, between Greycliff and Foster.) The first floor of the apartment has all hardwood floors, three single bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a dining area, a full kitchen, a small closed in porch in the front, and an open deck on the back. The second floor of the apartment is carpeted and has a full bathroom, one single, and one large and very spacious double. The apartment has AC and heat, and comes with a washer and drier on the first floor - use is free of charge to tenants. Gerald Road is walking distance to Boston College; the B, C, and D lines; and Cleveland Circle.
