Description: Large single/sm double in lovely 3 bedroom mid-terrace property available now, £330 pcm plus bills. The room is currently furnished with a double bed, single wardrobe and bedside cabinet.
The furnished property is located on Peat Moors which is a 5 minute walk to the Churchill Hospital and a 10 minute walk to Brookes (there's a short-cut through Masey close that takes you direct to Churchill.) There are no parking restrictions in place here and finding a space is no problem. At the end of the road there's a number 15 bus that takes you to the city centre.
It's close to a newsagent, grocery store, post-office, take-away and auto-shop (Atkyns Rd, Cinnamata Rd and Girdlestone Rd) all good for emergency supplies as we organise fortnightly car "treks" to stock up at the large Tesco nearby (and Tahmid's/Maroc Deli.)
The property hosts a newly fitted kitchen, redecoration throughout and we are currently clearing the sunny, secluded rear garden to provide an outdoor eating space.
The large dining/living room leads onto the kitchen and garden. The bathroom is clean and tidy, with separate bath/shower. We've setup a projector in the living room for the occasional movie night, and there's also a sofa-bed available for guests.
We are 2 clean, tidy post-graduate Muslims studying at the IBME (Oxford Uni) therefore we would prefer to share with other like minded Muslims or vegetarians.
Students preferred as we're currently council tax exempt.
Another plus - we've just had 50MBit 'unlimited usage' internet installed ;-)
Private landlord means no agency fees. He's very conscientious, and looks after us well.
