Description: We are looking for someone to get along with since we have to live together. The room for rent in the master bedroom. The house one other bedroom on the main floor with the master and shares a bathroom. 2 other bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in the basement. The house is funky and fully furnished (except for your bedroom) Warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Of course you would have use of the whole house, (1800 sq feet) laundr, kitchen etc. We don't allow smoking in the house. We would love to have another student or someone else who has recently moved to the city and is looking for a home like environment, not a crash pad. It is important to have someone who wants to share a meal or a movie once in a while and doesn't feel like a stranger. The house is located just west of the downtown core in an old neighbourhood with great big trees and funky shops just off 124 Street and between 111 Ave and 115 Ave. Rent includes utilities and wireless internet. Your roomates would be 3 young professional females (23-27) and 1 male (23) We are super friendly, easy going and love to laugh! We also have a big back yard with a firepit and a cool house that was recently renovated. Please send an email with your age, occupation and why you are interested. Cat friendly.
