You will be sharing this affordable and spacious apartment with two F students at NCSU. They both began their senior year this Fall. Both are non smokers/social drinkers.

Rent is $433/month including utilities. Sometimes there are slight overage fees depending on the usage of ac/heat (usually no more than $15)
