Description: Large double bedroom available in crookes area of sheffield (on School rd) House includes all mod cons (washing machine,TV, internet, 2 x fridge freezers etc etc) Two bathroom, each with a shower. Rooms come fully furnished (bed,desk,wardrobe,bed) Large living room and garden with brick built BBQ and safe cycle storage. Drive way for parking and also plenty of off street parking.

Corner shop next door a co-op 5 mins walk away. 52 bus 1 min up the road which takes you directly into town. 30 min walk to sheffield hallam uni and 15 min walk to sheff uni. Internet access is available in the house.

Friendly housemates (two females, two males studying teaching and medicine). Students are in thier final year so are looking for respectable housemate. A cat also lives in the house, which gives lots of attention! . Very reasonable landlord who is efficient and trustworthy. Deposit of £230 is required also. No set date for me moving out, but I'm wanting to move out asap (to be closer to my work placement) and can move with about 10 days notice.

Rent is £59 per week and Bills are £50 per month (water,gas,electric,TV license, internet etc)
