One bedroom in a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse--two other female roommates.
Furnished livingroom and dining area. Kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. We also have a washer & dryer, and a patio area off of the kitchen.
The bedroom is 18X9.5 feet. It has 2 large closets with shelving, two large windows with a nice view of the courtyard, and two ceiling fans with light fixtures.
Also, each roommate has her own full bathroom.
We also have all inclusive water, power (we have the highest electricity caps in town and have never gone over them!), high speed internet, cable with HBO.
The community office has a fitness room, computers with a printer (with paper, so you don't have to bring your own:), a pool table, on-site maintenance, a swimming pool, volleyball court, and more.
One of my roommates has a hamster (that stays in the cage), and a dog (he's a sweetie pie).
