I'm looking for a professional to rent my double room in a terraced house with garden, sky tv, wireless internet, off-road parking, garage and loft (which can both be used for storage) situated in St Albans, 10 minute drive from St Albans City Station and town centre, only a 2 minute walk from local shops and amenities. There is a double bed in the room at the moment but this can go into the garage if you don't need it, I also have a spare chest of drawers and bedside table if needed…
