Description: Principle Purpose of Job: To travel to Henrico County Public Elementary Schools to meet with Parent Teacher Associations to create More Than Cheer after school enrichment programs.

Work Environment: Work is performed in the various elementary schools in the Henrico County Public School System. No more than 10 hours a week will be required.

Job Functions:
1. Converse with principals, teachers, and parents to try to get More Than Cheer after school enrichment programs established.
2. Responsible for planning and organizing More Than Cheer LLC information to present to the members of the P.T.A.
3. Needs to be well versed and informative about the company More Than Cheer LLC.
4. Responsible for having reliable transportation to and from the various schools in the Henrico County Public School district.

Qualifications and Capabilities
1. Must be able to quickly learn and become knowledgeable about the More Than Cheer company and its networks.
2. Must be able to speak eloquently and confidently to group of people.
3. Must be mannerful and respectable at all times.
4. Must have a reliable source of transportation.
5. Must be able to get along with groups of diverse people.
6. Must have a completed high school education or higher.

Job Description
More Than Cheer LLC, is looking for someone who is available to travel to Henrico public elementary schools and meet with Parent Teacher Associations to create More Than Cheer after school enrichment programs. We are looking for someone who is self sufficient, possesses impressive verbal and written communication skills, presentable, well mannered, and knowledgeable of our company’s affairs at all times (see Morethancheer.com). We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking in front of groups of people. Reliable transportation is a must. Pay will start at $10 an hour and is negotiable (commission is optional).

You have to see if any schools would be willing to create after school enrichment programs in NOVA... basically its when PTA's have different companies come in and teach after school classes. Its usually for elementary and middle school kids. If you can find PTAs willing to put us on their agenda I will make the trip to present it, and pay you to oversee or teach the classes
