Description: I am looking for a short term lease; (approximately Jan. 8th, 2010-May 2nd, 2010); furnished, and affordable. I am willing to sublet a room out of a house or an apartment, stay with a host family, or babysit on evenings/weekends in lieu of housing expenses. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

I will only be there until the end of April though, so I am not looking for a home per say, just a roommate and an affordable place to live. I need a place that is furnished, offers short term leasing, or just want to rent a room out of someones home. If you have any suggestions I would love your advice, but as I mentioned, I am not interested in purchasing a home.
