Large loft style studio (considered a 1BR in the building's floor plans) on the 17th floor (of 19 total inhabitable floors) at Smart Corner. Large bathroom. Over 730 sq/ft with a terrace that faces directly east (nice mountain views). Also has NE (parts of Balboa Park) and SE views (part of the Coronado Bay Bridge, Mexico). Has exposed concrete ceilings, exposed ductwork. No neighbors on either side.
Unit has: stacked washer/dryer; central air/heat; stainless steel dishwasher; stainless steel fridge/freezer; garbage disposal; electric (flattop) stove and oven; nice carpet in living areas; engineered wood flooring in the kitchen/entryway; tile in the bathroom; granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom; floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows. Definitely not a confined-feeling apartment!
Unit comes with: 1 assigned parking space in a very secure underground garage, plus motorcycle and bicycle parking; Internet/cable included in rent. Water/sewer/trash is ~$40/month, electric has been running between $12 and $40 depending on usage (usually <$20 but then again I don't have a TV and am at work or out most of the time).

Photos are of my previous, near-identical unit on the 4th floor, the trim and appliances are downgraded but the layout and position on the floor are identical.
