Description: Alliance for Justice, a progressive social justice organization, is looking for an intern for its development department. If you are interested in improving your research, writing and organizing skills this is a great position. Although it is an unpaid internship many of our interns are able to receive class credit for their work at Alliance for Justice.

In the development department, every day is different. On some days our interns will research prospective donors, on other days interns will organize events, programs and activities, and on other days interns might have an opportunity to go to the Hill or attend one of our film screenings.

Experience in fundraising or event planning is preferred but not required.

Hours are flexible and will be worked out based upon availability.
Please note there is no set end date on this internship. The end date will be worked out with individual applicants, though we are looking to fill the position immediately.
