Description: Hi! We have a bedroom available in a brand new, gorgeous 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of downtown Boston right off the Common. Unfortunately I am moving due to a career opportunity and have to leave this fantastic place. You will share the apartment with 2 other 24 year old girls who are responsible, active, fun, and great roomates. I'm really sad to leave them! About the apartment...
3 bedrooms, 2 full baths. The three bedrooms are the same size. The bedroom for rent is the master, which has a private bath. I currently have a full bed, a desk, and two dressers with ample space. My roomate has a Queen bed and it fits just as well. The kitchen has all new Bosch appliances with granite countertops. There is washer dryer in unit. The apartment is all hardwood floors and was literally finished September 1, 2009. There are beautiful oriental lighting fixtures throughout the apartment and the entire place is furnished except for the room you will rent. The building has brand new security, elevator and a finished rooftop with an entertainment room. There is storage in the basement for bikes, additional storage needs, etc.
The rent is 1200 a month for the master with private bath, large granite shower. The master entrance is set back from the rest of the apartment and would provide privacy from the common area if quiet is a concern. Cable (HBO, Movie Channels etc) are installed and Central Air comes in the apartment. This is really ideal for someone who works downtown (I currently have a 5 minute walk to work/south station) or anyone using the orange line which is on the block as well as a Silver line bus stop. There is a full mall (Downtown Crossing), CVS, Boston Sports Club, LA Sports Club, Bally's, Wine Shop, Deli, you name it, all within a 2 block radius. We got a great deal with this place and it really is insanely cheap for what you are getting!
About you...Although we are open to males, we'd perfer a female who has an active lifestlye, likes to go out at night, enjoys having people over while still maintaining a professional work week/graduate studies (please no undergrads). We like to have friends over and enjoy entertaining just as well as bumming on the couch with a glass of wine and HBO series.
In a nutshell : $1200/mo with 1100 security deposit at move in. 12/1 and ideally stay through the end of the lease with option to resign at 9/1/2010. The move can be anytime, ideally before 12/1 with free rent for the month of November! Please feel free to make any inquiries! Below are photos of the apartment.
