Description: I need to sublet my apartment in Seville Apartment Homes right on Lake Ella (you can see the lake from my window!).

The rent is $380/mo. unfurnished.

There is one other girl living in the apartment, she is as sweet as can be, the best roommate I've ever had! The parking is reasonable and the commute to campus is quick and simple! You are certainly allowed to paint and the management is spectacular.

Yes pets are allowed. Just so everyone knows, I most likely have a subleaser, however I am not going to remove my listing until she signs a lease. Please stay interested and I will keep everyone posted!! Thanks!
