Why? Client has an immediate need for 1-3 year contract Plant Maintenance Specialist.

Description: Lignite Plant Experience is preferred.
Plant maintenance and reliability processes.
Work process control. Planning skills.
Outage and non-outage processes.
Work breakdown structure and CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) hierarchies.
Knowledge and application of industry best practices regarding work processes.
Knowledge of Luminant Reliability optimization initiative and work process control.
Knowledge of INPO AP-913 and/or EPRI PRO processes are beneficial.
Industry SMEs and Plant maintenance process experts would work well in this role.
Develop standard work package templates, standard job plans, preventive maintenance activities.
Typical Mon-Fri, 40 hour work week.
Candidate does not need to be local.
Client is offering per diems/expense reimbursement if needed. (no flying home every weekend if not local)

Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years experience preferred
Lignite Plant Experience
Use of MS Office suite including Access and MS Project.
Oil/gas, construction, nuclear, fossil industry background experience is preferred.
Base Pay: $93,600 - $114,400 /Year
