You will be sharing this 3 Bed 2 Bath house with 2 guys and a girl.
Your room is the master bedroom and it includes its own bathroom, these two rooms (with a huge walk in closet) are fully furnished and are the size of an oversized studio apartment. Basically, all luxury living here. On top of that, you will have access to the entire house: big kitchen, dining room, living room, front and back yard, washer dryer.

The house is very nice: hardwood floors, freshly painted and fixed up, we just moved in. The neighborhood is quiet and close to major freeways, hips bars, shops, coffee houses.

We are 1 male writer, 34 years old, one male 28 year old College Student, and one 25 year old
female college student. We like to hang out with our friends, bar-b-que, go to the beach, ride bikes, go to shows, play music, play rock band, talk about life, not take ourselves too seriously. None of us drink or do any drugs so we want to keep the house free of these things.
