It's fabulous - wood floors with downstairs living area... upstairs bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom are incredible - (I especially like the mirrors to the ceiling in the bathroom...!) There's also a spacious back porch that's perfect for grilling. Great condition with wonderful landlords (personally owned, not by an agency). MOVE IN EARLY FOR NO CHARGE mid-DECEMBER! Inquire for more pictures!
A 5 minute walk from campus, 10 minute walk from downtown, 4 minute drive to Kroger, movie theaters, and great restaurants. I hate to leave this place. Whoever gets it is lucky!
**(Also, if you have someone else you know needs a sublease and you'd like them to be your roommate, let me know! My roommate is subleasing her room, as well)!**
