The house is located in a nice part of Earlsdon, and is conveniently close to both the buses, shops and the train station. It is on two floors, located above a small business. The house has a nice kitchen, large living room and 2 bathrooms. The rent is £270 a month, and is paid in three monthly installments. We are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
