Description: I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease for my room in a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. The lease ends July/August and I live with three girls. Not too far from campus and close to aggieville, too. Bedroom located upstairs, spacious size. There is a large kitchen and living room as well. Two car garage. The rent is $300 a month, not including utilities and cable, which usually run about $50 together. So total rent runs approximately $350-375. I am moving home and can't afford to pay in a place I am not living. No pets allowed. Very nice home, well taken-care of and great, quiet neighbors. Any questions, please contact me via e-mail.
