| Description: | In this position, you will communicate with subscribers and company representatives to assist and resolve inquiries or problems in a manner consistent with the organization's policies and procedures. Possess a basic level of understanding of all phases and aspects of the customer billing system, including the ability to interpret and explain to the customer information contained within the system. Command thorough knowledge of all features, pricing, and packaging, as well as technical components of the Optimum Voice product and company equipment. Identify, resolve and/or refer to the appropriate personnel any customer service issues that may arise. Access and input information on the PC. Pay between $9-$18/hour. (Depending on technical knowledge) 40 hours per week consistently. |
