Description: We are looking for a new housemate to complete our 8 bedroom house. The house is in a nice area of Earlson, just off the high street. The house is convenient for the train station, shops and close to bus stops from which it's a short ride to Warwick University Campus. The rent is £270 per month paid in 3 monthly installments. The house is on 2 floors above a small design office and has a nice kitchen and living room and 2 bathrooms. Everyone in the house is very friendly and we're studying a wide range of subjects.
Anyone who is interested is welcome to come and view the room so send me a message if you're interested. We're looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.
