Rent is 450 plus half utilities (water, electric), cable and internet.

A Deposit of $450 is required.

The lease will be for 6 months, if the living arrangement is going good we can extend another 6 months lease.

You will have your own room.large closet, and private bathroom with sink and shower. The house itself has an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave, living room with fireplace, washer/dryer, an outdoor deck.
