We have a spare room in our house on Peveril road opposite Endcliffe park that needs filling!
The room is a single first floor room furnished with a bed, chair, built in cupboard and shelves. We are looking for a more permanent housemate, so at least 6 months with the potential to stay longer
The house is a furnished mid terrace. Bay windowed living room, dining room and good sized off shot kitchen (not a tiny pokey one) with oven, dish washer, washing machine and there's a dryer in the basement.
There's a paved and pebbled backyard, nice for BBQ's.
On the first floor there is a double front bedroom, bathroom (shower, bath, toilet) and the available single room.
There are also two rooms in the attic.
We are 3 girls, 21, 21 and 24. We all work full time, 9-5ish hours. We eat dinner together a lot and spend a lot of time with each other. Some smoke, but not in the house. We're looking for someone like minded to join us.
We also have 2 cats.
Peveril road is opposite Endcliffe park, 5 mins from Hunters bar/Ecclesall road, Somerfield supermarket and 2 mins to all the bus routes.
Rent is £265 per calendar month, an that includes everything. (Gas, Electric, water, Council Tax, internet) So if you're interested please send me a message and come over to have a look at the house and for a cuppa and chat.
