Located on White St. right between State and Packard this house is a ten minute walk to the Big House, campus and just a minute from the IM building and Yost Ice Arena. The house is $3290 total/month or about $660 per room but the price is VERY negotiable and easily prorated - so if it's out of your price range PLEASE don't rule it out - we are extremely willing to work with you to find a comfortable and reasonable price. The house includes hardwood floors, a fully remodeled kitchen, two full bathrooms, free washer/dryer, a finished basement, gorgeous porch and balcony, and two parking spots! Rooms can be rented individually and the house can hold up to 7 people (there's a huge double upstairs and the basement bedroom is currently shared as a double). Also, since we are all going abroad the entire house will be furnished (very nicely, too, might I add)! Water, electricity, heat, and cable/internet are not included. The house is available from January - August 2010 and can be rented out by the semester (winter, spring, and/or summer).
