| Description: | We are looking for one more housemate to round out our three bedroom home. The house is bright blue and a couple blocks from Downtown Berkeley, BART, and Ohlone park. The room is available for rent starting November 1st! It is a beautiful Craftman with wood detailing, wood floors, a large front porch to sit on in the sun, back porch, and a lush backyard we're trying to fill with flowers. The house has three bedrooms and a large comfortable living room with piano, foyer to store shoes and bikes. The kitchen has a great old gas-burning stove and new refrigerator. There is one bathroom with a bath/shower. The room available is bright and sunny. It has two windows, one facing south, and one facing west and gets the best light of all the rooms in the the house. |
