~Sunridge Condominiums are very spacious and homely!
~Rent Includes: -Water -TV (in living room, and there are TV cables in each room) -Washer/Dryer -Wireless Internet -Dishwasher ~The Electric bill will be split every month among the three roommates if it goes over $120.
~The downstairs floor includes a half bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room. The upstairs has the three bedrooms and two bathrooms (One bathroom will be shared). Also included in the Sunridge Complex: gym, two pools with grilling area, hot tub.
