Description: This Non Profit organization works in the health and human services sector providing support to families who are struggling with abuse.



The chosen candidate will have worked as the Executive Director of an organization dealing with budgets of $500,000+ who obtain their funding primarily through grants and fundraising.



This candidate MUST HAVE non profit experience in all facets; leadership and collaboration, public awareness and marketing, budget and finance, public policy and advocacy, development, dealing directly with a board of directors, and the creation and implementation of strategic plans.



COLLABORATION is the key word in this search. Not only must the chosen candidate effectively collaborate and communicate with the Board of Directors, but they must also do so with the 10+ other non profit and government agencies that work so closely in tandem with this one.



Bachelor's degree in related field required, MSW preferred OR MBA/JD. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a non profit environment, working directly with a board of directors, government agencies and in political arenas.



A willingness to learn about the organization and its cause are a MUST.
