Description: HR Boutique is your “One Stop Shop” for all your human resources needs, our goal is to Recruit, Inspire, and Retain the best people for our clients.
HR Boutique is currently partnered with an Educational Institution situated in Montreal, to recruit a Marketing & Branding Coordinator to join their team for a 14 month Contract.
Salary :$50,000
Responsibilities:
•Provide consultation, support, and the execution of various marketing programs.
•Assist in the development and implementation of regional and local marketing plans and activities, including tradeshows, seminars, and other events.
•Work with in-house design and production team, public relations team, and vendors to create both internal and external promotional materials and communications, including but not limited to advertisements, presentations, brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
•Respond to emails & telephone inquiries from internal employees.
Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree in Marketing
•Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
•Experience with marketing agency or community and/or non-profit based marketing initiatives (strong asset)
•Able to lead marketing meetings and presentations
•Ability to communicate effectively with both English and French (written and spoken)
•Project management experience, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills.
•Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop (required).
•Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.
•Travel to various business locations in and outside of Montreal.
***Please note that there would be a 2-3 week training period in Toronto for this position***
