Description: We are looking for 2 lovely people to move into our 2 large spare rooms. There are 5 of us living here altogether. All working and aged 23-25. We are easy going, friendly and sociable people.

The house is in a marvellous location, just off Sharrowvale Road near lots of shops, restaurants and bars. There's everything on on the doorstep! We are good friends with both sides of neighbours, we're always popping next door for cups of tea and cooking meals together. There is a good sense of community here.

The rent is very reasonable for the size and location of the rooms/house. The landlord is reliable and sorts any problems out immediately.

We'd prefer a non-student and somebody in their 20's if possible.
