The lease goes through May 31st, and then you can decide if you want to renew your lease (we loved this place, we just want to be closer to our jobs)

Some things we love about the apartment/ location/area

Apartment: Really good price for the apartment -only $775 Amenities- beautiful pool/hot tub, tennis court, sand volleyball court, workout room, laundry room, trash pick up, and really nice apartment management.

Spacious layout that flows and feels very open
HUGE closets
vaulted ceiling in the living room
bay window in dining room and bedroom for more space
huge balcony with nice view/ also storage closet on balcony
built in mini bar that can also be used for storage
full washer/dryer hookups
ice maker
carpet brand new when we moved in a year and a half ago
accent walls (classy colors) that you dont have to paint back! (I can send pics if you are interested)
two bathroom sinks for more room to get ready


Location: Euless near Highway 360

Very safe neighborhood-close to schools
only a couple blocks away from Kroger and Alberstons
City park with dog park/biking trails/running trails down the street

Get back asap, first come first serve!! If you want pics of the apt, I have lots....we took really good care of this place and have loved it the whole time we were here! We know you will love it as much as we did!
