Description: Beautiful 2-story house in a great neighborhood. Rent for the master bedroom is $800 + utilities. You will have two spacious closets in the room, your own bathroom, and access to the kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large common area. The other available bedroom is upstairs, you will share a bathroom with one person but the bathroom is big so it works out. Rent for this room is $550+utilities. As of right now the lease is up February 1st, but there's a good chance that you will be able to renew for another year. You may even be able to take over the lease, if you would like to do so. 20's or 30's preferable, as well as clean and respectful of all common areas in the house. Non-smokers preferred, although it is fine if you smoke outside. No pets, although we may be able to work out a deal if you have small animals or cats. If you're looking for a party house, this is probably not the right place for you. The house was built in 1920 and its an actual historic monument! You don't want to miss out living in this gorgeous place.
