The apartment is a 734 sq./ft. one-bedroom on the first floor with a good-size bathroom. It has modern appliances including an electric stove, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, and a balcony. Water and expanded cable are covered by the landlord. It also comes with a garage. The building is kept extremely clean, and is quiet. An exercise facility, along with a jacuzzi is located in the main clubhouse. I am moving in the next couple weeks so the move-in date is negotiable; I will pick up October regardless. The price is $850/month and the lease is through August 2010.
