Description: My boyfriend Bryan and I are looking to move in somewhere near FIU. He is a student there. We have a great reference to give of an apartment we lived in with another couple. Things to know about us: I will be using the kitchen a lot. It is very important to me to eat as much natural & organic food as possible. I rarely eat out and often cook from scratch. I work at the coconut grove farmer's market on Saturdays so would be filling the home with fresh produce. Any opportunity to reduce rent if I tend to all the cooking and cleaning would be ideal! I am very clean and organized so make for a good roommate... unless you are not clean and organized, then I would get really bothered unless rent is reduced and it is my responsibility to clean. Bryan is a dedicated student (GPA of 3.9), works and plays in a band. Music is a big part of both of our lives and he enjoys playing the keyboard often - I think you would enjoy that, everyone seems to love it!
