Description: 31' Flybridge Sport Fishermen - Pacemaker

This is a beautiful well built fishing boat with large 12' beam, full
flybridge, and two brand new 350's. (yes they are new- not
rebuilt) With the heavy construction of this boat no waves can
intimidate her or you to turn around. It sleeps 5 adults very
comfortable, or 6 if you don't mind squeezing next to your buddy. Full
dinette, full galley - electric stove, fridge, sink, Heater.
Also has a full head which is very big with a brand new electric flush
(no pumping water- just push the button)
Cabin has just has some recent updates, new futon, new carpets, etc.
Has Brand new Bimini top for the bridge. Also has a Bimini top for the
cockpit but it's starting to fray and rip.
Comes with old electronics and brand new VHF radio

Has grumlin aluma fuel tanks. I'm not sure of the size they have to be
around 150 gallons each- they're in perfect shape and never corrode.
This vessel went to Southwest ledge last weekend, and the weekend
before Montauk (so total engine hours have to be around 10-15). There
are no problems with it mechanically (starts on a dime) but it could
use a good buffing or wax, needs cosmetics to be perfect. In the
water now- just bought a bigger boat- this one needs to go. (I know a lot were interested before, but the last sale fell through)
